Research Interests

Nutrition

Since coming to Georgia Tech in 1981, Ms. Rosskopf has played a key role in the development and organization of the required Health/Wellness course (APPH 1040) and the Human Anatomy course (APPH 4651). Her interests include the impact of the role of nutrition on optimal health and performance.
